Sumit Rana, MD

Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon

Dr. Sumit Rana is a highly skilled orthopaedic surgeon, who is Board Certified and was fellowship-trained at Stanford University. He specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery. Dr. Rana loves orthopaedics, and more specifically, joint replacement, because it allows him to make significant improvements in the quality of his patients’ lives by restoring their ability to perform many activities they could no longer perform, and by removing the debilitating pain with which they were living.

“Nothing gives me more joy than to hear a patient say the hip or knee replacement I performed has changed their life for the better,” says Dr. Rana. “I also enjoy being a doctor because it allows me to connect with patients and build life-long relationships by helping them in their time of need.”
