Paul C. Perlik, MD
Dr. Perlik is noted for having assisted in the hand operation of former President Ronald Reagan, and has been honored several times for academic and military achievements. He spent nearly 11 years practicing hand surgery and orthopedics in the United States Army prior to coming to Charlotte, and returned to active duty with the 312th Evac Hospital in support of Operation Desert Storm. He was recently re-commissioned as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves and returned to active duty once again (January - May 2007) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Dr. Perlik likes to spend as much time as possible with his wife, Leslie, and their three children. He also enjoys golf, cycling and sports of all kinds.
